Sean Prichard, President & Head Canine Fitness Trainer
Surrounded by doggies his entire life, Sean founded Pant & Wag, LLC, when he realized how difficult it was to work full time, exercise and socialize yourself appropriately AND exercise and socialize your dog properly. In today's hectic world, there simply aren't enough hours in the day to take care of everything, and sadly, the dog is often the one who gets squeezed out of the schedule.
A leading expert in the area of canine fitness and dog training, Sean has been quoted in The Washington Post (Running with Dogs), Women's Health magazine (Starting a Fitness Program with your Dog), ABC News 7 (Toxic Dog Treats), the Washingtonian Magazine (Weight Loss for Dogs and several other stories), and more (see complete media list here).
Sean relies on his academic background (Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology), his professional background (Communications Director for multiple national education organizations and a professional dog walker/dog day care attendant), and his sports background (Division I tennis player, certified Developmental Coach by the United States Professional Tennis Association, and obstacle course competitor [finisher of Spartan Sprint, Spartan Super, Tough Mudder, and Rugged Manic competitions]) to educate and communicate with humans, while training and exercising dogs. He is certified in Canine Fitness Training, Canine CPR and First-Aid, has a certificate in canine nutrition, and is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers.
